Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Vikings Summer

Thank you for being a part of Central Florida Vikings Lacrosse Club. We are excited to have you as a member of our team and are committed to providing you with a fulfilling and rewarding lacrosse experience. As we strive to maintain the highest standards of fairness and transparency, we want to bring your attention to our "No Refund Policy." Registration Fee: By joining the Central Florida Vikings Lacrosse Club, you acknowledge that the registration fee is non-refundable. This fee covers administrative expenses, equipment costs, league/tournament fees and other essential elements necessary to operate and maintain the team throughout the season. Commitment: As a member of our lacrosse team, you are making a commitment to be an active participant throughout the entire season. This commitment allows us to plan and prepare effectively to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for all team members. Unforeseen Circumstances: While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as injuries or personal emergencies, we cannot offer refunds for any portion of the registration fee, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. Team Expenditures: The registration fees collected are utilized promptly to cover various team-related expenditures, including league/tournament fees, equipment purchases, coaching expenses, and other necessary costs. Due to these upfront costs, we are unable to process any refunds. Transfers: In the event that you are unable to continue with our lacrosse team for any reason, we cannot transfer your registration fee to any other individual or future season. Weather and Game Cancellations: If games or practices are canceled due to adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements. However, no refunds will be issued in such cases. By participating in the Central Florida Vikings Lacrosse Club, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our No Refund Policy. We highly value your commitment to the team and appreciate your understanding of our policy.
